My fitness journey started in April 2019. I was fed up with the way I looked and the way I felt about myself. I decided to change this and began the daily workouts in comfort of my own house. Within the time I started to see the results and my weight started to go down but very quickly I got bored of the home exercises and started to feel demotivated again. I decided to join the gym and take part in classes. That's where I met Sean for the first time. His classes were very challenging but so much fun in the same time, his passion for fitness was undeniable and I started to feel motivated again. Then Covid 19 come into the play and the gyms closed :( I felt very upset and started to feel like I will never reach my goal after this. While looking through Instagram I came across the ST LIFESTYLE which was run by Sean (Personal trainer) offering outdoor bootcamps during the Covid-19. I was not sure whether this was something for me but I thought I would give it a go. I have to say now, that this was the best decision I have ever made. The boot camps were fantastic. I met the amazing ST LIFESTYLE family and had so much fun while getting fit. I could quickly see my fitness level improving and I felt really good about myself and the way my body was changing. I found new love....fitness and healthy lifestyle become the number 1 in my life. I decided than to fully join ST LIFESTYLE and continue my journey with PT sessions run by Sean and Peter who is also a very talented ST LIFESTYLE coach. They have introduced me to gym and the weights and I never looked back! The results I am seeing and changes to my body are incredible. I lost 25 kg I now continuing with tonning my body under Sean and Peter supervision. The daily support I get from them is incredible. The weekly reviews and catch ups, valid tips and general motivation I get from those 2 is just fantastic. I can't thank you enough ST LIFESTYLE!!!
I began training with ST Lifestyle to gain weight and build muscle and saw results immediately. My coach, Sean, gives me constant support and knowledge to boost my fitness and lifestyle and I'm excited to keep seeing progression and working with Sean.

Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for almost 5 years and tried conventional pail relief and weight management, but training with ST Lifestyle makes me feel safe and comfortable exercising. I've managed to lose weight and reduced pain relief that I use.
